Instructions to authors
Oral presentation
Lenght : 20 minutes total (15 minutes + 5 minutes Questions)
Support : Presentations must be on an USB key or CD. Presentaiton halls are equipped with a computer installed with Microsoft Powerpoint and Adobe PDF Reader.
Please plan a compatible version of your presentation with one of these softwares.
Presentations can be deposited on a computer upon registration or at the latest in the break before the presentation session.
Poster presentation
Poster size : 76 cm width by 91 cm height (30 inches width by 36 inches height)
Material for mounting the posters will be distributed on site.
Mounting and Dismantling :
Mounting must be done the morning of the presentation session before 10 h (before the break).
Authors presence is mandatory between 15 h and 16 h.
Dismantling occurs by the end of the afternoon (after 17 h). Posters that don’t get dismantled by their authors will be recycled.
Proceedings
Submission of articles for publication in the symposium proceedings is optional. The deadline to do so is June 16, 2011 (the last day of the Conference). Submitted articles must be presented in oral communication or poster at the symposium. Note that articles will not be peer reviewed. Articles can be written in English or French and must strictly respect the template provided below (no page numbers). Two copies of the paper : one in MSWord or RTF AND the second in PDF, have to be sent by e-mail to
teledetection@USherbrooke.ca.
