The ICOST2011 Registration Form is available here. Once you complete this registration form and submit it to ICOST 2011 Secretariat, we will check the information and an acknowledgement email including payment method will be sent to you shortly.
Once you receive ICOST2011 secretariat conformation, you can proceed with the payment of your registration fees on the following page.

Notes
- Closing date for early registration is Monday May 16, 2011.
- Above rate is for the main ICOST 2011 program (20~22 June).
- Registration fees cover
- admittance to the ICOST2011 sessions (20~22 June)
- lunches throughout the conference (20~22 June)
- opening dinner (June 20)
- gala evening and dinner (June 21)
- conference kit
- conference proceedings.
- Substitute delegates are welcome, if the registration category (full/student) can be applied to the substitute delegate.
- Students are requested to present a valid student ID or a certificate of attendance at your school(in English) upon collection of their conference kit on site.
- Summer school registration for students is included in the conference packages. Students have either to register a paper or pay full student registration fee (520 $ CAN).
- Special discount fees apply only to universities and academic institution in Economically Developing Countries countries and not people from these countries.

Cancellation Policy
- Written cancellation received before 20 May 2011 (GMT 23:59): Full refund (Except card handling charges or remittance charges).
- For administrative reasons, cancellation letter (no e-mail) must specify the reason of the cancellation and clearly ask the refund. An International Bank Account Number must be joined to the cancellation letter for the refund. Cancellation will be processed after the conference and the refund may take several months. Send the cancellation letter to ICOST 2011 Secretariat.
- After 20 May 2011 (GMT 23:59) : No refund
- Authors registration fees can NOT be refunded.
