My research program explores how rapid evolutionary changes can affect the population dynamics of wild species. Members of my group and I carry out studies that range from pure evolutionary demography to conservation. Most of our work is based on longitudinal studies of marked animal populations (such as wild sheep and goats) to understand how change in environmental conditions (natural and artificial) lead to change in life histories, ecology and population dynamics and how these changes could feedback on the ecological dynamics.
