Professional
skills/experiences
As an
economist, I worked for several years with the French Ministry of Finance and
then with the World Bank.
As a consultant, I have been collaborating with institutions such as the World Bank,
the African
Development Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank,
providing economic expertise and trainings for governments in Senegal, Cape Verde, Burkina-Faso, Guinea, Haiti, Mauritius, El Salvador. My work
is mainly empirical and public policy-oriented, focusing on
topics such as poverty and income distribution, vulnerability analysis, tax
reforms, social protection and human development/health issues.
Here

matched physician-patient data, economic evaluation in healthcare and health
sector financing.
